MZ reserves the right to accept or reject any application without having to assign any reason.

   Minimum redemption of 200 points is necessary to purchase products from MZ outlets through
    Club MZ Points.

  The membership and points are not transferable. 

  Club MZ Card(s) is and will at all times remain the property of Mobile Zone, which reserves the right
    at any time, without assigning any reason, to recall and cancel any Card(s) with or without any
    prior notice.

   Mobile Zone reserves the right (at any time without prior notice or liability to the customer
     in any manner) to terminate the Club MZ program, or vary or add or delete any of the program
     features or any of these terms and conditions.

   Cards are not Credit Cards & may not be used for any kind of financial payments.

   Club MZ points are not en-cashable.

   If any card is damaged, misplaced, stolen or lost, it will be replaced at a cost of Rs. 200/- upon
     Cardholder's request.

   The Cardholder will be solely responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the loss, theft,
     misuse or unauthorized use of the Card.

   Mobile Zone shall not be liable to the Cardholder for any loss suffered as a result of Mobile Zone
     being prevented from or delayed in providing any services to the Cardholder due to strikes,
     act of war, failure of power supplies or equipment of causes beyond MZ's control.
