1. What is MZ Mobile Insurance?
  MZ Mobile Insurance is the first mobile insurance of Pakistan being introduced by Mobile Zone in
  coordination with EFU.

  MZ Mobile Insurance is applicable on theft/burglary.
 
 3. How can I get MZ Mobile Insurance?
  You can get MZ Mobile Insurance by purchasing any mobile phone from MZ Company Operated
  Outlets nationwide. For outlet locations click here
 
 4. Can I get my current mobile phone insured from MZ Company Operated Outlets?
  MZ Mobile Insurance is currently available only on new mobile phones purchased from MZ Company
  Operated Outlets.
 
 5. Do I need to pay to get my mobile phone insured?
  You need to pay 5% of the total value of the mobile handset purchased from any MZ Company  
  Operated Outlet to get your mobile phone insured.
 
 6. Is insurance applicable on some specific mobile phones only?
  MZ Mobile Insurance is applicable on all mobile phones purchased from MZ Company Operated
  Outlets.
 
 7.What do I get if my insured mobile phone is snatched?
  You get Replacement Value of the mobile phone. Replacement value is arrived by at deducting
  depreciation from MZ Retail price of your phone on the day of the claim. Depreciation is calculated
  as per below table:

  1 If claim arrives during the first quarter         20%  
  2 If claim arrives after the first quarter    Additional 7%  

 8. What do I do if my insured mobile phone is snatched?
  You have to adopt the following claim procedure:

1. Immediately notify the appropriate Police authority, report /block stolen handset and obtain an
    FIR.
2. Complete the claim form FULLY and submit it to the Designated MZ Customer Support Centre
    within 24 hours of the incident, together with the documentation, including:
 a. Copy of the FIR
 b. Original insurance certificate
 c. NIC Copy (please bring the original NIC for verification
 d. Original invoice
 e. Original box
 f. Warranty card
 g. Complete in-box accessories
